Registration license is the single computer USAGE license. This means: the user purchases ONE license to USE the software on ONE computer. The registered OrlSoft Music Manager software may not be rented, leased or sold to any other user. OrlSoft Music Manager unregistered trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way. Hacks, cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.
OrlSoft Music Manager is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. Neither the author nor the agents of the author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner. The software may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner. Distribution or Sale of this program on digital media such as Floppy Disks, DVDs, CDs and other transferable or removable media without the Author's consent is prohibited.
OrlSoft Music Manager is the front-end for high quality encoders and decoders made by corresponding compression format developers. OrlSoft Music Manager license doesn't give you any rights for commercial use of them. You may need to obtain the proper license from the copyright holders of these compression formats.
OrlSoft Music Manager LE is freeware but limited in functionality, it doesn't include some advanced (professional) features:
